Blake Williams

Blake Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Blake most recently worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as the Lead Strategist and Manager of Strategy, Continuity, and Risk. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, teaching courses on Strategic Management and Leading and Managing Change. Blake also worked as a Management Consultant at Outside Advisors, LLC and served on the Board of Directors at Brewed Behavior. Blake has held leadership positions in various organizations, including as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Preventia, LLC, Director of Brand Management at Assurant, and Director of Marketing and Communications at PetSmart. Blake has extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and strategy, having worked as Director of Brand and Marketing at Sprint and as Lead Advance Representative for the President of the United States at The White House. Additionally, Blake served as Deputy Assistant to the Chairman at the Republican National Committee.

Blake Williams holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA-Bloch Executive Program) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at the same university. Blake also studied International Studies at Universidad Veracruzana. In addition, they obtained the certification of Balanced Scorecard Master Professional from The George Washington University in 2022.
