Ryan Weibel

Ryan Weibel started their professional career as a Service Associate at Riverfront, Inc in 2010. Ryan then worked as a Help Desk Intern at the City of La Crosse from May 2011 to May 2012.

In 2012, Ryan joined Authenticom, Inc as a Customer Service Representative II, where they processed client orders and resolved polling issues.

In 2013, Ryan worked as an IT Contract Employee at the Federal Reserve Bank of MPLS, providing help desk support for PC hardware, software, and mobile computing.

Later in 2013, Ryan joined VALERE Consulting and Recruiting and became an IT Support Specialist III at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Ryan communicated with business areas, provided leadership to department staff, and documented local procedures.

Ryan then advanced to the role of Systems Application Analyst Advanced at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where they led a team in migrating a legacy IT product to a cloud platform and provided consulting expertise.

Currently, Ryan is working as an Expert/Lead Product Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Ryan leads 50 staff members across 5 agile teams and oversees the design, development, and delivery of a transformation effort to migrate multiple legacy IT products into a single platform. Ryan also manages the Demand Governance Board and advocates for business needs.

Ryan Weibel has a diverse education history. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems from Viterbo University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Western Technical College - Company and earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Support Specialist from 2010 to 2012. Before that, from 2007 to 2009, they also attended Western Technical College - Company and completed an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Supervisory Management.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they received the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management. Furthermore, in September and October 2023, they achieved the PMC Level I, II, and III certifications from Pragmatic Institute.
