Ben Malin has extensive work experience in the field of economics. Ben began their career as an Economist at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in 2006 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, where they initially served as a Senior Economist and later assumed the role of Vice President of Research in March 2022.
Ben Malin completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Iowa State University between 1996 and 2000. Ben then went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University from 2000 to 2006.
