AVP And Deputy Director Office Of Minority And Women Inclusion (omwi) at Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis

Beth Kittelson has over 30 years of work experience in financial services. Beth began their career as a Business Analyst at Conwed Corporation in 1983 and then moved on to US Bank in 1985, where they served as an AVP and Manager of Forecasting and Planning. In this role, they managed a team of analysts and was responsible for budget development and providing analytical support to the CFO. In 1994, Beth joined the Federal Reserve Bank, where they held various leadership positions, including AVP Financial Management. Beth provided leadership in the Bank's annual planning process, implemented a forecasting process, and ensured the accuracy of management accounting reporting. In 2011, Beth became the AVP and Deputy Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI), where they worked with colleagues to promote inclusion in employment and procurement and engaged with high school and college students to explore careers in financial services.

Beth Kittelson holds a BA, BS, and MS from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Beth'sfield of study includes Journalism, Economics, and Applied Economics.
