Donald R. Wilkinson Jr.

Donald R. Wilkinson Jr. has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Donald R. started their career at Northwest Airlines, where they held various management roles, including Manager of Education Programs and Manager of Ground Operations Services. Donald R. then moved on to Summit Project Management Inc, where they served as the Director of Training and led the development and implementation of market strategies. Wilkinson later joined Comcast Telecommunications as the Director of Learning & Development, where they focused on talent management and employee development initiatives. Donald R. then transitioned to BAE Systems, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, Talent & Leadership Development, where they collaborated with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies. Currently, Wilkinson works at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis as the Director of Human Resources, Talent Management, where they are responsible for developing and executing people-focused strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
