Erick Garcia Luna

Erick Garcia Luna's work experience includes a current role as the Director of Regional Outreach at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Community and Local Government Relations at the University of Minnesota from September 2017 to January 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Policy Aide in the Office of Mayor Betsy Hodges at the City of Minneapolis from May 2014 to September 2017. Erick also served as the Outreach Director in the Office of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar at the United States Senate from October 2009 to April 2014. Additionally, Erick worked as the Regional Political Director at Klobuchar For Minnesota from January 2012 to November 2012. Erick began their career as the Director of Economic Development at the Northeast Community Development Corporation from October 2007 to October 2009.

Erick Garcia Luna completed a B.A. degree in Economics at the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2006. Erick also studied Economics at UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 1995 to 1997.
