Mallick Hossain

Mallick Hossain is a Senior Financial Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since June 2020, following a notable tenure as a Financial Economist at the University of Pennsylvania from August 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities included teaching various economics courses and supporting students through organized sessions and office hours. Hossain's experience also includes roles as a RDC Administrator at the U.S. Census Bureau, a Staff Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers under the White House, and a Graduate Research Assistant at The Wharton School. Prior internships included quantitative research at Wealthfront Inc. and an energy and environment internship at the White House. Mallick Hossain holds a PhD in Economics and multiple degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
