Patricia Wilson began their work experience in 1997 at The Wharton School as a Chief of Staff & Director of Faculty Administration. Patricia worked in this role until 2007. In 2007, they joined the University of Delaware as a Vice President & Chief of Staff, and held this position until 2015. Finally, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where they first served as a Vice President, Chief of Staff & Corporate Secretary from 2015 to 2016, and then was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff & Corporate Secretary from 2017 to present.

Patricia Wilson pursued their education from 1971 to 1975 at Boston College, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and education.
