Roderick Rogers

Roderick Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since October 2022, Roderick previously held roles such as Leader Solutions Consultant at Highmark Health and multiple positions at HealthNow Administrative Services, including Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Human Resources Consultant. Roderick began a career in human resources at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager. Roderick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Anthropology from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Science in Pre-Journalism from Northeast Texas Community College.
