Amy Joyner Hawkins

Amy Joyner Hawkins has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Research Administrative Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since September 2013. In this role, Amy oversees the Administrative Services function for the Law Enforcement Unit, focusing on analytics, intelligence, communications, policy, and hiring. Prior to this position, Amy held various roles at ICF International, including Senior Manager positions in Employee Relations and Total Rewards, as well as a Technical Specialist in Compensation. Amy's career also includes HR roles at ICF-Ironworks, Media General, Richmond Times Dispatch, and Roanoke Chowan Hospital. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from North Carolina State University, earned in 1999.
