Lora Farley

Lora Farley is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in employee engagement and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Engagement Communications and Civic Engagement at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since January 2012, Lora has held various roles including Communications Manager and Employee & Engagement Communicator. Prior to this, Lora contributed to Genworth Financial, crafting integrated employee communications solutions following a seven-year consulting relationship. Lora's career also includes significant positions at Cisco, Cadmus Communications, and Planning Research Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed HR management and communication strategies across various corporate settings. Lora holds a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University.
