Marlowe Weldon Foster

Marlowe Weldon Foster is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, government relations, and community engagement. Currently serving as President & CEO of Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, Foster also holds a position on the Community Investment Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Previous roles include leading Habitat for Humanity North Carolina and significant positions at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC, BASF, and Pfizer. Foster's expertise encompasses organizational management, fundraising, and public affairs, complemented by a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
