Monica Lee possesses extensive experience in information systems and leadership within the aerospace and financial sectors. Currently serving at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in various capacities, including Asst. Vice President for Engagement and Enablement in the Office of the CISO, Monica also contributes as an Advisory Council Member for the Houston Arts Alliance and as a Board Member for the MIT Leadership Institute. Prior roles at NASA included Chief of Staff and lead negotiator for Russian contracts related to the International Space Station, showcasing expertise in international negotiations and mission-critical operations. A former Contract Consultant at Ernst & Young, Monica specialized in risk management and strategy. With educational credentials including an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Southern University, Monica combines strong analytical skills with leadership acumen.
