Russell Wong

Russell Wong is a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, a position held since July 2016. Prior to this role, Russell served as a Principal Analyst at the Bank of Canada from August 2012 to July 2016, and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Queen's University between September 2015 and May 2016. Russell holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, obtained in 2012, and completed a Bachelor and Master of Philosophy in Social Science, specializing in Economics, at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007.
