Noah Bessoff

Noah Bessoff is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in financial oversight and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Specialist and Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since April 2016, Noah focuses on supervising complex financial institutions and enhancing corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where Noah specialized in Recovery and Resolution Planning and Anti Money Laundering. Earlier career roles involved research and policy analysis at Deloitte and SINOSPHERE Corporation, along with a graduate internship at UNICEF. Noah holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
