Yvonne Dai

Yvonne Dai has a strong background in IT auditing and risk management. From 2007 onwards, they worked as a Principal IT Auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they were a Manager of System and Process Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were responsible for leading several key audit projects, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 audits and IT general controls audits. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Yvonne worked at PwC Taiwan from 1997 to 2000 as a Manager of Global Risk Management Solutions.

Yvonne Dai holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington.
