Jane Anne Batjer is currently the Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Jane has been with the Federal Reserve since 2003, and in their current role, they provide legal services primarily in the areas of supervision and regulation; discount and credit/lending to depository institutions; consumer and community affairs; procurement; copyright; risk management; ethics; information security; law enforcement; and, fiscal agency matters. In addition, Jane Anne provides information to the public on matters pertaining to the Federal Reserve System, including Federal Reserve regulations and Operating Circulars. Jane also works with Reserve Bank officers and staff at the Board of Governors, as well as other state and federal banking regulatory agencies, to interpret and administer Federal Reserve and banking regulations. Her responsibilities involve substantial legal research and drafting. Jane reviews and negotiates various agreements for the Reserve Bank and conducts training for staff on various subjects, including ethics, law enforcement, risk management.

Jane Anne Batjer has a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Studies from Texas Tech University.
