Nathan D. Dees is an officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Nathan previously worked as a data mining research manager at Evolve24 from March 2013 to September 2013. At Evolve24, Nathan used natural language processing and textual analytic techniques to synthesize millions of social media observations into informative metrics and actionable insights for client companies. Nathan was a major contributor to the development of the PRECISE method, a software system for topic discovery and ranking which was described in a patent application that was issued in 2017.
