Scott Schoeling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience research and strategy. Currently serving as the Experience, Strategy and Research Leader at the Federal Reserve System since February 2020, Scott leads a team focused on enhancing end user productivity through the Voice of the User program. Prior to this role, Scott was the Senior Manager of Enterprise Experience Research and Design at SunTrust, where responsibilities included driving insights-driven approaches and managing a team to optimize digital banking experiences. Scott's earlier tenure at State Farm Mutual Insurance Company spanned from June 2001 to May 2018, during which time multiple leadership roles were undertaken, focusing on customer experience, user research, and the execution of user-centered design methodologies. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors/Experimental Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Bradley University.
