Roy has worked for companies such as Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, APEX/Federal Reserve Information Technology, Capital One, Richmond Military Society, United States Marine Corps Reserve, and Circuit City Stores, Inc. Roy's education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond and William & Mary, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Information Processing Systems from the University of Richmond.
