Yofi Amsalu

Yofi Amsalu is a seasoned professional in Project Management and Process Improvement with significant experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Financial Systems at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board since January 2021, Yofi has expertise in customer success management and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Previous roles include Process Improvement Engineer and Project Manager at the United States Department of the Army and dual roles at Boeing as a Process Improvement Engineer and UX Designer, where proficiency in Microsoft Excel was highlighted. Earlier experience includes positions as a Supply Chain Analyst at Tennant Company and an Industrial Engineering Intern at Ford Motor Company.
