Marc Courville

Marc Courville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Federal Signal in the Central Region, Courville leads a team of Sales Managers, enhances service and product offerings, and drives substantial growth in the police and fire markets. Prior roles include Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager, where expertise in creating and closing sales opportunities was showcased. As a co-owner of Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming, financial management and strategic pricing were effectively implemented. A former Police Officer with the City of Frisco and Lewisville Police Department, Courville also founded the Dallas Defenders Football Club, demonstrating leadership in community engagement. In addition, Courville has contributed to law enforcement education as an adjunct instructor at Collin College Law Enforcement Academy. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Dallas Baptist University, Courville's diverse background and proven leadership skills underscore a commitment to both professional and community excellence.
