Rowshaun Epps

Rowshaun Epps is an accomplished Senior SBM Application Developer and Owner of Epps Technologies, LLC, with extensive experience in providing consulting services using OpenText's Solutions Business Manager at the Department of Education since March 2016. Currently serving as an Intermediate Development Specialist at Federal Student Aid, Rowshaun has been instrumental in maintaining and enhancing various SBM applications and has developed critical tools for managing Freedom of Information Act requests and performance awards. In addition to technical expertise, Rowshaun co-founded Half Hearted Fully Conscious LLC, contributing to the creation of a lifestyle clothing brand, and has served as an Online Marketing Consultant for Fashion Forward LLC. Previous roles include Programmer Analyst Lead at CACI International Inc., where Rowshaun led operations supporting Serena applications, as well as a Software Analyst at AmCad, showcasing a strong background in software development and collaboration with government agencies. Rowshaun holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering with a focus on Engineering Business from the University of Virginia.
