Armando Irizarry currently serves as Counsel for Antitrust, Competition & Intellectual Property at the Federal Trade Commission, a position held since 2003, with a focus on anticompetitive practices. Irizarry has led consent orders with various trade associations, including the National Association of Animal Breeders and the California Association of Legal Support Professionals, and has negotiated significant consent orders with companies such as American Petroleum Company, Inc. and Negotiated Data Solutions.
