Ben Davidson

Ben Davidson serves as the Payment Processing Program Coordinator at the Federal Trade Commission since January 2012, providing expertise in payment processing. Previously, Ben coordinated the Do Not Call Program, addressing issues related to telemarketing and voice over IP services, and worked as an attorney in the Division of Marketing Practices, focusing on consumer fraud cases. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Gilbert LLP, representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act litigation and litigating a nationwide class action against an insurance company, as well as a role as an associate at Arnold & Porter. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Law - JD, Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Philosophy from Duke University.
