Brad Grossman

Brad Grossman serves as a Litigation Attorney within the Office of the General Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission since April 2012, specializing in antitrust and consumer protection appellate litigation. Prior roles include providing comprehensive legal counsel on various issues related to consumer protection, administrative law, and regulatory compliance, as well as representing the Commission in federal court regarding its investigative authority. Prior to joining the FTC, Brad Grossman worked as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Experience also includes a law clerk position for Judge James B. Loken at the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Brad Grossman holds a J.D. with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a summa cum laude B.A. in Government and Philosophy from Cornell University.
