Claire Wack is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in consumer protection and telecommunications law. Currently serving as an attorney in the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission since July 2016, Claire previously held roles at the Federal Communications Commission, including Attorney Advisor in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Legal Advisor in the Enforcement Bureau. Claire began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Academically, Claire earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
