Henry Liu

Henry Liu is a legal professional currently serving as the Director of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission since August 2023. In addition to this role, Henry Liu has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights Coalition since February 2022. Previously, Henry Liu was a partner and an associate at Covington & Burling from November 2008 to August 2023 and served as a law clerk to Hon. R. Guy Cole, Jr. at the U.S. Court of Appeals from August 2007 to September 2008. Henry Liu holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Emory University.
