Ashley Fry

Ashley Fry has extensive experience in various advisory and management roles within public sector organizations. At Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Ashley serves as Manager of Regulatory Implementation and Partner Lead, previously holding the position of Executive Advisor to the Director of Land Transport. At Wellington City Council, Ashley worked as Principal Transformation Advisor and Chief Advisor to the Chief City Planner, in addition to leading the Complaints and Information Assurance team. In prior roles at the Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki, and the Ministry of Social Development, Ashley held senior advisory positions focused on service design and ministerial advisory functions. Ashley began a career in organizational support at Horticulture New Zealand. Academically, Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington.
