Sergio Lima-Braga

Sergio Lima-Braga serves as the Diretor comercial e de marketing at Kraft Energia since February 2019, and holds a position as a Bolsista at CAPES focusing on field research for a doctoral thesis. Currently, Sergio is also an associated researcher at COPPE / UFRJ. Previous roles include Secretario de Desenvolvimento Sustentável at SAE/PR, Secretario at the Secretaria de Meio Ambiente de Belo Horizonte, and Diretor at ETE - Engenharia. Notably, Sergio was the inaugural Secretario de Politicas para o Desenvolvimento Sustentavel at the Ministerio do Meio Ambiente and held administrative and financial directorial positions at IBAMA/MMA and VALE DO RIO DOCE NAVEGAÇÃO S/A. A substantial part of Sergio's career was spent at EMBRATEL, where a significant progression through various hierarchical levels culminated in the roles of Diretor Financeiro and Diretor de Mercado. Educational qualifications include a doctorate in multidisciplinary studies from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro and multiple specializations in marketing and industrial consulting.
