Daniel B. is an experienced professional in Information Technology with a strong background in client support and systems management. Currently serving as the Client Support Services Manager at Federal Way Public Schools since May 2018, Daniel previously held the position of Technology Hardware Supervisor. Daniel's career also includes a role at Microsoft as a participant in the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy, where completion of an intensive 16-week program occurred in early 2018. Prior to that, Daniel served in the United States Air Force from March 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included leadership of a 20-member technician team and the implementation of new operating systems, achieving high compliance rates. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, an Associate of Applied Science in Military Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Brandman University.
