Paul Hames

Paul Hames currently serves as President and Chairperson of the Board at Federated Co-operatives Limited since March 2021, alongside the role of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Paul Hames was the President of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation from September 2016 to October 2021 and worked as an Executive Search Consultant at The Executive Network, Inc during the same period. Additionally, Paul Hames held the position of President of the Board of Directors at Peninsula Co-op from June 2012 to October 2021 and served as Chief of the Central Saanich Police Service from January 1999 to September 2015. Paul Hames has a robust background in law enforcement, having worked as a Peace Officer with the RCMP from September 1974 to May 1999. Educational credentials include a Director Education Program (ICD.D) from the Institute of Corporate Directors, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with Distinction from the University of Alberta.
