Edward Vanhoose

Edward VanHoose has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Edward has recently served as the President of Federated Energy Services Cooperative Inc.-North Central Electric and Lorain-Medina Rural Electric since November 2018. Edward is also currently the Manager Trustee at Buckeye Power, Inc. since the same time. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. from August 2018 to November 2018, and Executive Vice President / General Manager from June 2014 to October 2018. Edward also worked as the Manager Director at Southern Illinois Power Co-Op from June 2014 to October 2018. Before that, they were the Digital Communications & IT Manager at AIEC from June 2009 to June 2014. Edward started their career as a Writing Specialist at the University of Illinois Springfield from 2007 to 2009. Edward also has experience as the Owner Operator at Custom Computers from 2004 to 2007, and as the Managing Partner at TechForce L.L.C. from 1996 to 2004.

Edward VanHoose completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2013. Edward then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern Indiana from 2016 to 2018. In between, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014 and 2015, where they earned a Master's in Cooperative Management.
