Allison O. began their work experience in 2016 as an Associate at C. W. Henderson & Associates, where they worked until 2019. Allison then took on the role of Assistant Vice President- Operations until 2023. In 2022, Allison joined Federated Hermes as an Operations Specialist Team Lead - Muni SMA.

Allison O. completed their high school education at Marian High School in Bloomfield Hills from 2008 to 2012. Allison then attended Saint Louis University from 2012 to 2014. After that, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance, Investment, and Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2014 to 2016. Recently, Allison completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2020 to 2022.
