Martin Jarzebowski, CFA has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Senate Banking Committee Legislative Director Assistant in 2003. Martin then transitioned to positions in operations management before moving into finance in 2007. With Federated Hermes, they held roles in equity analysis, portfolio management, and responsible investing. Concurrently, they have taken on roles in academia as an Adjunct Professor of Sustainable Finance at the University of Rochester. Martin is also involved in various advisory and leadership positions in organizations such as the CFA Institute, ISSB, Forbes Finance Council, and Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance. Additionally, they serve as an Advisory Board Member for the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute and as a Board Trustee at The Strong.

Martin Jarzebowski, CFA holds a Master of Science degree in Law & Accounting | Corporate Governance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Martin also completed a Post-graduate program in Advanced Risk Management at Yale School of Management and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
