Kelly Reich

Kelly Reich possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, having served as the Home Office Claims Manager for Material Damage at Federated Insurance since May 1988. In this role, Kelly oversees truck and heavy equipment losses nationwide, collaborates with service offices on Material Damage claims, and focuses on training, development, and Quality & Service Reviews. Additionally, Kelly has been actively involved with the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council (NTHECC) since 1995, including a 12-year tenure as Past President on the Board of Directors. This non-profit organization brings together professionals from Truck and Heavy Equipment Insurance Companies, Adjusters, and Manufacturers to enhance industry standards and practices in claims repair and adjustment. Education was completed at Aitkin High School.
