Initially starting as a Claims Examiner, Joanna managed liability, bodily injury, and accident benefits claims before transitioning to their current role, where joanna focuses on client relationship management and custom insurance program design. Prior to Federated Insurance, Joanna worked as a Customer Service Officer at Scotiabank and served as a Constituency Assistant and Campaign Coordinator for the City of Toronto. Joanna holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, along with a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
