Ralph Straus

Ralph Straus currently serves as the Commercial Director at the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI), where responsibilities include overseeing the commercial division, managing broadcast and media rights sales, and driving sponsorship and business development. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Expo 2020 Dubai, where global marketing strategies and brand management were directed, and as Head of Brand and Strategy at FIFA, where management of multiple teams focused on marketing communications and strategic projects was undertaken. Earlier roles consist of Head of Product Management at Swisscom, overseeing a product management team, and as a Strategy Consultant at Shell, contributing to various strategic marketing initiatives. Ralph Straus holds an MS in Marketing from the University of Groningen and a BS in Technology and Management from Hogere Technische School, Amsterdam, complemented by studies at the University of California (UCLA).
