Cambria Russell

Cambria Russell is the Director of MA Statewide Family Engagement Center at Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN). Cambria has extensive experience as an Educational Consultant, Assistant Professor of Education, and Adjunct Lecturer. Cambria holds a PhD in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BS in Special Education and Teaching from Texas Christian University.
