Hugo Mersan

Hugo Mersan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both legal and sports administration. Currently serving as Vice President of Sports for South America at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) since January 2013, Hugo Mersan also holds the position of President at the Touring y Automóvil Club Paraguayo since March 2012. As a tenured professor of Intellectual Property Law at Universidad Nacional de Asuncion since February 2012, Mersan contributes to academic leadership while maintaining a longstanding role as Senior Partner at MERSAN, Abogados since January 1977. Hugo Mersan earned a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
