Nathalie McGloin is a pioneering figure in motorsport, recognized as the first female with a spinal cord injury to obtain a racing licence in the UK. Currently serving as a keynote speaker and racing driver with NATHALIE MCGLOIN RACING LTD, Nathalie holds the distinction of being the only female tetraplegic race and rally driver globally. In addition to her racing career, Nathalie presides over the FIA Disability and Accessibility Commission and works as a Disabled Motorsport Consultant for Motorsport UK. Furthermore, Nathalie co-founded Spinal Track, a charity dedicated to providing disabled individuals with opportunities in track and rally driving. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham.
