Paul O'Dowd

Paul O'Dowd currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile since December 2023. O'Dowd has held various roles in the legal sector, including as Group General Counsel for McLaren Applied from April 2021 to November 2023, and as Senior Legal Consultant at The Walt Disney Company between January 2020 and April 2021. As Global General Counsel at Lagardère Sports from October 2015 to May 2019, O'Dowd oversaw legal matters for the organization, while also contributing expertise as a Partner in Sport & Media at Sheridans from May 2012 to June 2015. O'Dowd has been a Trustee at Lee Valley Trust/Vibrant Partnerships since September 2014, managing multiple venues, including those from the 2012 Olympics. In addition, O'Dowd works as a Sports, Media and Technology Law Consultant with POD Sports, Media and Technology since July 2015, and has a foundational background as Sales Director for SMG Europe and USA from 1995 to 2002, focusing on sports and entertainment venues and teams.
