Marla Hayes

Marla Hayes is an experienced professional with a background in facilities management, case management, and advocacy within the mental health and social services sectors. Currently serving as an NYC Facilities Management Specialist and previously as a Housing Case Manager and Rehabilitative Associate at the Federation of Organizations, Marla focuses on rehabilitating individuals with mental health diagnoses to help them integrate into the community. Additionally, Marla works as an Independent Travel Agent for Bucket List Travel Agency, leveraging extensive travel experience to assist clients in planning their vacations. With past roles as Assistant Manager at Mercy Haven, CPS Project Advocate at VIBS Family Violence & Rape Crisis Center, and Senior Case Manager at TSLI-HHB, Marla has demonstrated a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
