Mike Dugan

Mike Dugan started their work experience as a System Engineer at General Dynamics from 1987 to 1990. Mike then joined Perot Systems in 1991 and held various leadership positions, ranging from technical leader to operational management roles, until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as the Director of IT Planning at Parkland Health & Hospital System. Finally, in 2010, they became the Chief Operating Officer at the Federation of State Medical Boards.

Mike Dugan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from The Ohio State University between the years 1982 and 1987. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Business from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
