Serge Berclaz

Serge Berclaz is an experienced professional in the construction and painting industry, currently serving as a Formateur at Ecole de la construction since February 2011, responsible for intercompany courses for apprentice painters and plasterers, as well as advanced training. In addition, Serge actively participates on the technical training commission, contributing to the development of intercompany courses and the implementation of new directives. Since January 2020, Serge has held the role of Chef expert peintre for the Romands championships, overseeing the qualifications for SwissSkills. Previous experiences include founding and managing SB peinture & Décoration, serving as an expert for the Fédération vaudoise des entrepreneurs, and teaching professional education at the Centre d'enseignement professionnel de Morges. Serge's educational background includes a certificate in professional pedagogy from IFFP and several diplomas related to plastering and painting from Ecole de la construction and EPSIC.
