Elisabeth Vullings

Elisabeth Vullings is an experienced professional in the fields of planning, engineering, and labor relations, currently serving as an Advisor for Planning & Engineering at FedEx since April 2022, where coordination of international team members focuses on service improvement for inter-continental lanes through data-driven insights. Previously, Elisabeth held the position of Advisor for Labour Relations, managing the Dutch Works Council and union negotiations. Prior experience at TNT Express spanned from September 2000 to March 2022, including roles as an Implementation Manager overseeing change management across 53 European Road HUBs and various HR management positions handling HR & Industrial Relations, Recruitment, and People Development. Elisabeth earned a Master’s degree in Law from Maastricht University.
