Gaurav Jain is an experienced manager in the field of industrial engineering, currently serving as Manager of Road Network Planning and Engineering for the UK Region at FedEx Express since September 2020. In this role, Gaurav leads a team responsible for integrating the FedEx and TNT networks into a cohesive road network for mainland Europe. Prior to this position, Gaurav held various engineering management roles at FedEx Ground, focusing on linehaul network planning and hub sortation efficiency, and contributed to UPS as an Industrial Engineering Manager and Hub Industrial Engineer, where project management and operational improvements were key responsibilities.
