Rodney McLean

Rodney McLean, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Program Management at FedEx, overseeing the Global DRIVE program since July 2024. Previously, McLean was the Senior Vice President at Advantage Solutions, where significant transformation initiatives led to over $1 billion in value creation. Other notable roles included Executive Senior Director at Cerner Corporation, Strategic Advisor at Enterprise Kaizen, and Executive Director positions at both Tenneco and Johnson Controls, focusing on business performance improvement, operational excellence, and transformation strategies.
