Martin Krafft

Martin Krafft is the Vice-President of Fleet Management at Fednav. Martin has over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry, specializing in shipowning and technical services. Prior to their current position, Martin served as the Senior Manager of Owned Fleet at Fednav Limited, where they were responsible for growing the fleet from 38 to 65 vessels within three years. Martin has also served as the Vice President of Shipowning and Technical Services, where they were responsible for overseeing the construction and operation of ice class bulk carriers, Lakers, and bespoke Mine Support Vessels. Martin is a highly experienced and respected leader in the maritime industry, and has dedicated their career to ensuring that Fednav provides its clients with the highest standards of service possible.

Martin Krafft's educational career includes a GMP 29 from Harvard Business School, Creating and Leading a Culture of Innovation from Kellogg Executive Education, High Potentials Leadership Program from Harvard Business School, Master of Laws (LL.M.)
