Melissa McLaughlin

Melissa McLaughlin has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa began their career as a Director of HR at Matthew Thornton Health Plan in 1984, where they served until 1997. Following this, they joined Martin's Point Health Care as a Director of HR for three years. In 2002, Melissa joined FedPoint as a Director of HR, and later advanced to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Melissa continues to hold this position at FedPoint as of the present.

Melissa McLaughlin, SPHR holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Melissa also has an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Rivier University.
